Love, The Authentic Self, Lightworker

You don’t have to prove yourself and the love that you feel towards others. You show love through your actions. Those who are insecure and lack self-love can have difficulties accepting it from others. It is not your responsibility but theirs to be able to recognize and accept love.

There is no shame in choosing to follow your own bliss. This longing becomes stronger as you heal. Also, stay away from drama and don’t get involved. Do this with everyone around you. Detach from drama!

You came to earth to gain knowledge, to learn and to be a shining light. You can’t shine when you are continuously under a heavy blanket of drama filled emotions. That what happens to others has nothing to do with your true self. You can help people as long as you don’t become attached to their problems. People have problems because it’s an opportunity for growth. They won’t learn and grow if you interfere with this process. If someone is hungry you can feed them. If someone needs a little help to get back on their feet you can help them. Keep in mind that stepping back from a drama filled situation and detaching emotionally enables you to come from a place of love without the ego’s involvement. It is a very important lesson. 

Energy is always around you and it comes from many sources and directions. The television and internet can be distracting and disrupt the flow of energy within you. People and relationships can also cause challenges and disrupt energy. Find ways to work with all of these different energies. Silence activates inner peace and there are many ways to achieve this. You have the power to shut out anything that is not right for you. Another benefit of silence is that you become aware of yourself and your surroundings.

Learn how to breath deeply and consciously, because breath is spirit. Apply this technique and it will open the consciousness, it will even raise your frequency and vibration. Think before speaking and take a deep breath to draw you into the present moment. You will speak from an authentic place and as your true self. Lessons to be learned always take place in the present moment and not in the past or the future. The authentic self lays the foundation for everything to fall into place. It is how the law of attraction works. You always attract what you focus on the most. So, why not make it authentic?

The ego can’t exist in the present moment. It may show up and stir up some things for you to become aware off. However, it lives in the past or the future. Know this knowing for it will help you to stay strong within in your own being.

You and your soul are one and are always connected. What is called “the darkness of the soul” is simply a part of you that needs to be brought into awareness. The part of you that wasn’t brought into the light hence the term darkness. Awareness is light!

Darkness is often associated with evil. People do evil things like raping and killing. But, what is causing someone to act this way? Evil is a creation of the unaware state of mind which is the ego. When the mind, or its consciousness, becomes aware its dark energies go away. This is a process. As the collective consciousness becomes aware, evil will seize to personify in the individual. 

Everything on earth has its counterpart in the spiritual realm. Senses such as touch, vision, hearing, smelling and taste also exist in the spiritual realm. That what happens on earth also happens in the spiritual realm. Both are a reflection of each other. There are many dimensions between the physical and the spiritual realm where all scenarios are played out. To protect its creation the soul, your higher-self, resides in a dimension above the spiritual. Some also call this “5D”.

Ghosts and spirits are shards or aspects of the soul that remain in these lower dimension. The frequencies and energies are more dense in nature. The dimension of the soul is pure love and light and this is also your true nature. 

How does this work on an individual level?

A person with a closed mind and consciousness often has a hardened heart. It happens when people ignore their connection with spirit and their higher-self. These people have opportunities to take responsibility for their creations. Someone who was mean for an entire life time will be confronted with their actions in this life or the next. To keep ignoring the heart connection will result in a hardened heart and this is difficult to turn around. The accumulated karma causes much trauma to themselves and to those who are close to them. It’s a painful process to resolve this karma and often their spirit continues to live in the same way as it did in the flesh. This is also known as the wheel of karma. 

As this spirit reincarnates this person will be confronted with the same behaviors and lessons until it becomes aware of its divine connection to spirit and reconnects with the soul. It can take many lives to break the cycle of karma and only the individual can do this for themselves. It can be hard and very sad to not interfere in struggles not belonging to you. You can offer help by shining your light and by showing love through your actions. Remember, that loves always comes from within.

True love and light can only be activated through the practice of surrender to the present moment. Only when someone is ready they can surrender and remove toxicity. People are not meant to carry someone else’s weight but they are meant to become the light personified. You can show the way by shining your inner light. Accept what is, don’t judge and focus on the now is how you can help those who struggle. Have empathy, show mercy and don’t make another persons drama your own. You can still offer a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on. To do this for others is part of being a lightworker. The soul views life from this perspective as well. It is not emotionally attached or controlled by an ego. 

Evil is the ultimate power play of the unaware ego. Someone this unaware can lose control of their mind and like parasites dark forces can infect a person and take over rational thinking. It creates much chaos in the mind. You see this often in people who suffer from mental illness. Solutions are always found within. 

A heavy blanket was placed over humanity to keep them from discovering the divine, authentic self. This dense veil was placed to colonize, enslave and control entire civilizations. These dark forces know of the existence of the spiritual realm and of its powers. There are also other forces called “beings of the light” who reached their full potential. Humans are beings of light and love who are, as all beings, one with creation. But, as in all things, everything has a purpose even when we can’t see it.
