Insecurity and Authenticity
I’ve experienced enough “strange” moments to no longer deny spirit’s existence. From seeing spirits, to being touched by someone invisible, receiving signs, intuitions, repeating numbers and having gut feelings that turned out to be a warning, I can say that life has its surprises. After five years of consciously walking the spiritual path these moments are now normal parts of my life.
I keep telling myself that those who love and care for me will accept all that I am. My true friends see me for who I am even when I’m blind. Still, I feel insecure when it comes to sharing my spirituality. This insecurity is an ongoing struggle that I would like to part with, and I know that I’m not the only one going through this.
Deep inside I know that when I fully embrace who I am on a spiritual level I’ll be able to feel complete. At an individual and a collective level the separation between body, mind and spirit lays at the core of many ongoing problems such as this insecurity that I feel.
I also feel a blockage that prevents me from feeling passionate towards life. Is passion even a normal feeling to have or is it yet another expression of the ego? I wonder.
I feared expressing my authenticity because of judgments cast by those who believe differently. Now, I realize that I was judging myself and the opinions of others are nothing more than an illusion. Their opinion is theirs to have and not mine to carry. The meaning that we give to a thought determines the experience and attachment to this thought. This intricate web of illusions seems to have deep roots in our thoughts, although, it’s superficial in its intelligence. Still, it can cause you to feel energetically, spiritually, physically and mentally imbalanced.
Most people will choose to let others speak or act on their behalf. In general, society has caused them to be co-depended by placing labels, judgments and social constructs, designed to keep them from growing into their full potential. Add fear into this mix, and you create a human being far removed from love and light.
Authenticity, your true power and creative source, comes from within. Remove fear and insecurities, and you’ll step into your authenticity. Collectively, we’ll unite when everyone embraces and acknowledges who they are on the soul-level.
Respecting the laws of the land is part of the hierarchical structure of the physical world. This is very similar to the spiritual hierarchy. In its physical form, there are many people who attempt to manipulate this structure to overpower and control others. These people are operating in the so-called low frequencies and vibration. When your vibration no longer resonates with these lower frequencies you can cut the attachment with those who abuse and manipulate energy to do harm to themselves and others. In most cases, people are not aware of what they create or why. The act of breaking attachments is empowering. This doesn’t mean that you won’t have difficult and challenging experiences. But, as you embrace who you are you’ll also learn to see challenges as opportunities for growth.
By taking control of situations you’re consciously directing and creating your life and gaining the most out of the experiences presented to you. This is part of your soul’s mission and spiritual journey. Learn to draw from your own power. Making your own decisions and taking responsibility for your actions and reactions can feel threatening at times because it also reveals insecurities and fear buried deep within. In the end it will work out for you. This practice teaches you to break the cycle of fear, and it makes you stronger in all aspects of life. Look at challenges as a positive opportunity to help you to grow more authentic.
People who judge are really judging themselves. The answers to all of your questions always lay within. To judge others is to judge your own “shortcomings”. Those shortcomings are the parts of you that need to be embraced and loved. Remember, there is no good or bad here but only opportunities to grow and enhance your consciousness, which is good for the overall growth of the soul. By doing so, you are also doing your part to enhance the collective consciousness and assist in raising its frequency and vibration. Leave others be and focus on your own spiritual journey. It’s all you have to do to effortlessly shine your light on the world!
