Balance masculine and feminine energy

Men and women were created with equal amounts of masculine and feminine energies. Both are needed to create the physical reality within duality. You are its spark, a child of the light, which was lost for generations and has now, returned to bring healing.

Social conditioning, religion, certain institutions, and governments distorted the balance between the masculine and feminine energies. Human basic rights were manipulated and people were expected to act a certain way. A few examples of this behavioral programming would be that a man wasn’t supposed to cry because this was associated with weakness. Or a woman should stay home to take care of the kids and prepare dinner. God forbid if she would have a job and an income of her own. All feelings, expressions, or ideas that suggested otherwise had to be pushed aside. In today’s world much has already changed but certain expectations are still linked to an idea of what masculinity or femininity should look like.

The incoming waves of energy are changing old patterns and behaviors and they are creating equality between men and women. This equality is showing itself at spiritual gatherings, which were often attended by more women than men, but more men are joining and embracing their spirituality and authentic self by seeking like-minded souls. The spiritual awakening is a global event and people are no longer held back by social conditioning. Despite the stigmas that are still in place, men are no longer afraid to show and express their feelings.

We have entered a time of healing. Express yourself and don’t hold back who you are or how you feel. Laugh when you feel like it! Cry when you feel like it! The authentic self needs to come out in the open so that humanity can heal itself and this starts at an individual level.

The physical realm offers opportunities to heal and restore that which was damaged and lost. Duality can create separation but it can also create unity. Humanity needs to acknowledge its dark side and bring this into awareness so that light comes in and healing occurs. There is no need to go into any details when we use our consciousness in a targeted way. Restoring balance is all about how we use our consciousness, awareness, and intention. On an individual level this is already happening all over the globe. Many people are going through the process of healing themselves or they have finished. Their light is shining brighter than ever and now the time is here to shine as one.

This entire decade is devoted to bring balance between the masculine and the feminine aspects of humanity. It is purely spiritual and has nothing to do with the physical and sexual aspects. Balancing these two energies will increase the frequency and vibration and bring light into the world. Trust, strength, wisdom, love, and peace among mankind will be restored.
